Delta Powerboats Yacht Manufacturing

Award-winning, seaworthy, efficient yachts

Company History

Delta Powerboats is Scandinavia's fastest growing motorboat brand. Since 2003, Delta has been leading the charge in boat design, innovation and sustainability and consistently produces award-winning, seaworthy and extremely efficient boats.

Headquartered in Saaremaa, Sweden, Delta Powerboats is led by an entrepreneurial team of experienced yacht builders. As evidenced by Delta's senior designer Lars Modin, the designs and boats to follow have won many awards and appeal to a wide variety of seasoned boaters.

In the Americas, Delta Carbon Yachts is led by yachtsman and professional race car driver Chapman Ducote, and is the exclusive importer/distributor for Delta Powerboats in the Americas. Established in 2014, Delta Carbon Yachts prides itself not only on offering a product that is unmatched in style, technology and quality by any other manufacturer in the American market, but on extending the same level of service and care post-sale for which Delta Powerboats is known. Delta Carbon Yachts offers Delta models from 26 to 88 feet, with an emphasis on the all carbon fiber cruiser builds at 54 and 88 feet.

Sleek styling, industry-leading fuel economy, functionality and timeless design are the hallmark characteristics of Delta Powerboats, which range in size from 25 to 88 feet in both GRP composite and carbon fiber construction.

The company focuses on designing and building boats for discerning clients who seek a balance between form and function, between forward-thinking technology and meticulous craftsmanship, and between performance and environmental stewardship.

Craftsmanship
& Design

Delta's boats are often recognized for their design - the distinctive angular features of their profile; the stylish interior with carefully selected details - but there is something else that makes these boats truly unique.

From Delta Powerboats' state-of-the-art, ISO-certified facility, hundreds of carpenters, fitters, product developers and plastic workers follow the philosophy that a good boat takes time to build; that the details make the difference. All stainless steel parts are hand polished and all carpentry and joinerwork is handled in-house by master carpenters with years of boat building experience.

Service

Service, care and customer service after you take delivery of your Delta yacht is of paramount importance to Delta Powerboats and Delta Carbon Yachts. From assisting with yacht berthing, to captain and crew arrangements, to planning offshore cruising routes, Delta will remain your shoreside resource for as long as you own your yacht.

In the Americas, Merrill Stevens Yachts in Miami serves as Delta Carbon Yachts' official service and maintenance provider. Powerhouse Marine provides service for any issues related to the Volvo Penta IPS drives. Service, cleaning and maintenance needs in other regions is easily managed by Delta Carbon Yachts.

Client Testimonial

I mostly use my 26' Open Black Edition to cruise the Swedish archipelago with my friends and to relax and have some fun. I typically go when I get out of school or work in the afternoon. My 26' is a great boat to take out for the day; I use the sun pads, swim and sometimes go wake boarding.

Yes, she's a bit big for water sports but it still works and she's fun to drive! One of my favorite features is her size. She's not too big so she still works if you want to go wake boarding or waterskiing, yet, she's not too small and that makes it comfortable when traveling far or sleeping below deck. I have actually slept many nights this summer in the boat, far out in the archipelago, with my girlfriend and have used the small (but fully working) galley to prepare meals.

The 26' Open handles all types of conditions very well compared to other boats the same size or a bit bigger which is very nice when the water gets a bit rough. Choppy waters are not a problem at all.

When I'm going into small crowded ports it's also no problem, it's actually a joy maneuvering the 26' around crowded spaces. She is so easy to handle and people will stop and stare because she is such a beauty. I don't know how many times I've had people come up to me and say, "What boat is that? It's so beautiful". Some will even congratulate me and tell me I must have Sweden's coolest boat. I don't blame them, the lines of the boat are so nice and the black haul makes her stand out. One can't compare the white 26' to the 26' Black Edition, they have very different appeals.

I have had no problems with my boat this summer and I'm very happy. I like the 33' Open, it would be nice to have, but then we would need a small boat for the water sports too. This is why I like my 26', she so versatile!
